From ceilings to floors, walls to furniture and everything in between, we can supply, deliver, install and manage the whole process of the build, making the experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Alternatively we can focus on a detailed section of the development should that suit your requirements.


Build your scheme

We have the ability to design and build your scheme, whether it be space planning prior to an office fit out, electrical loadings and lighting design or even dealing with local authority town and country and building control permission; we have it covered. Our experience within this element of the works often involves dealing with landlord or centre management approval which is just all part of the service.

Our founding directors have a combined experience of over 40 years within the specialist field of interior fit out, gathered from architectural, electrical engineering, contract management, design and building disciplines ensuring you always have the right person for your build.

We have worked successfully with some of the UK’s leading hotel and retail chains building long-lasting relationships based upon high quality work and value. Our team have completed fit-out schemes with some high profile public vendors such as race courses, where understanding the needs and idiosyncrasies of these specialised clients has allowed long-standing and mutually rewarding connections.

SAFEcontractor is the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK, with more than 160 major clients and almost 18,000 contractor members.
Registered members with the SAFEcontractor scheme include clients and contractors from a wide range of professional disciplines working within a number of industry sectors.
With its increasing membership and growing profile in the UK, the SAFEcontractor scheme is now used by many large organisations as a way of obtaining competent contractors.

Interiors Incorporated Ltd are a registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier:

Waste carrier, broker and dealer registration
From 29 March 2011, new regulations introduced a two-tier registration system for waste carriers, brokers and dealers. Waste carriers transport controlled waste as part of their business. Waste brokers arrange for other businesses’ controlled waste to be handled, transported, disposed of or recovered. Waste dealers use an agent to buy waste from other businesses to sell it on.

Controlled waste includes commercial, industrial and household waste, as well as hazardous waste.

Upper tier registration
You must usually register as an upper tier waste carrier, broker or dealer with the Environment Agency if you plan to transport controlled waste, or arrange for other businesses’ controlled waste to be handled, transported, disposed of or recovered.
If you do not register and you carry waste, you could be prosecuted, unless you are exempt.
You must also usually register in the upper tier if you want to transport your own building or demolition waste.

Interiors Inc were proud to be involved in the sponsorship of this event with the Crowne Plaza Hotel Manchester Airport and would like to congratulate all participants in the target achieved for a worthy cause.

Shelter In A Storm Charity Bike Ride

On Sunday 14 July 2013 a team of 12 from all parts of the hotel undertook the challenge of the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride. The purpose was twofold: to test the fitness of the team and more importantly to raise valuable funds for IHG Shelter in a Storm charity and support the Christies foundation who organised the bike ride. Our target was to raise £1,500 to support both charities and ensure the hard work the riders were going to put in was rewarded by hitting our ambitious target.


I have worked with the senior management of Interiors Inc now for several years on a wide range of projects within the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza portfolio. Their work has always been to a high standard, completed within programme parameters and to budget. Their prompt response times and organisational flexibility means they cope very well with the demands of the hotel sector in this challenging environment. A good company founded on strong working relationships, I would sincerely recommend Interiors Inc for refurbishment and renovations works.

Interiors Inc have worked very closely with us here at the Embassy now for some time and always deliver quality work in the projects they undertake for us.
